GS UNY Administrative Staff Enhance Professional Competence Through the Staff Mobility Program in Malaysia

Malaysia, 11–16 November 2025 — Four administrative staff members from the Graduate School of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (GS UNY) participated in an international Staff Mobility Program in Malaysia as part of efforts to strengthen human resource capacity and modernize academic services. The participants were Rubiman, S.Kom.; Siti Efanah; Syahri Ramadan, M.Pd.; and Tutik Rahayu, A.Md.
The program took place at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI), where participants studied academic administrative systems, student service management, work process digitalization, and bureaucratic efficiency measures implemented at both universities.
Throughout the mobility program, the staff engaged directly with academic and administrative teams at UKM and UPSI, observing best practices in data management, academic services, finance administration, and international program governance. These experiences provide strategic insights for GS UNY to strengthen its administrative services to become more responsive, modern, and internationally aligned.
GS UNY expects that the knowledge and best practices gained through this Staff Mobility Program will be effectively implemented in daily operations, supporting the realization of excellent and globally competitive academic governance.
