This course prepare the graduates to study basic knowledge of educational philosophy; basic knowledge of educational assessment and its application  both in educational and non-educational fields; basic knowledge of educational evaluation and its application both in educational and non-educational fields; knowledge for analyzing and designing an instrument for test and non-test use; and problem solving in educational research and evaluation through interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches. This study program also offers two concentration courses consisting of Testing and Measurement and Policy and Evaluation Research.
