The UNY Graduate School delegation was warmly welcomed by the Dean of the Faculty of Sports Science, Associate Professor Chaipat Lawssirirat, Ph.D. In his welcoming remarks, he expressed appreciation for the visit and emphasized his hope that the meeting would serve as the foundation for a stronger institutional relationship between both universities.

Its strong academic reputation, world-class faculty members, diverse international student community, and modern educational and sports facilities were highlighted as key factors attracting students from around the world, including Indonesia.
Beyond academic collaboration, the UNY Graduate School delegation also gained valuable insight into Thailand’s high-performance sports development system. Faculty representatives explained that the country’s success in producing athletes who compete at the Olympic level is supported by a structured development system, advanced sports facilities, and continuous mentorship from experts and professional practitioners.
